A beautiful little town wih a big heart.
What other physical activity can you attend where the mix of people is as eclectic as a yoga class? men, women, parents, partners, grandparents, siblings, colleagues, teachers, principles, business owners, farmers, health workers, council workers, those running for council?

Yoga is a community binding practice because it’s non judgmental, non discriminating and non threatening.
Yoga really doesn’t care if you can't touch your toes or get your legs behind your ears, what yoga really cares about is how you feel when you move, when you sit still and when you breathe. Yoga cares about community, showing kindness and caring to yourself and to others.
I have been so very fortunate to have been asked to teach this absolutely amazing bunch in Inglewood for the past 6 weeks. Every Friday night these smiling faces have greeted me with such enthusiasm and dedication. I really can not even explain how incredible the development has been in 6 weeks from everyone.
I am very lucky to teach yoga and get these opportunities to meet people I otherwise wouldn’t ever have met.
Every single person that sits on a mat in front of me leaves a footprint on my heart. And I seriously mean that. I see everyone, even those that sit quietly and leave immediately, which is totally ok by the way, just as long as you know that you are noticed too and you are appreciated.
Inglewood is such a lovely little town with what I have gathered in the past 6 weeks, a very big heart. Thank you for firstly inviting me, secondly for making me feel so very welcome and lastly for putting your trust and confidence in me.
A huge T H A N K Y O U to the Inglewood Medical Centre, inparticularly Cindi Fearby and Goondiwindi Council inparticularly Debbie Elliott. A warm and heartfelt thankyou to everyone that joined me each week, and a special good luck to Lawrence and Shelly for their upcoming local elections. 🖤💫

We are hoping to run another series of classes in Inglewood from 17th April - 29th May, Fridays @ 5.30pm. If you are interested please email: floyoga.aus@gmail.com
