DECEMBER DE-STRESS

Whether you are just starting your yoga journey, or have been practicing for a while, our classes are for EVERYBODY & EVERY BODY.  

Wintertime can be tough on our body and mind. the colder weather can make it more difficult to move, and find the motivation. Join us for a Decembr De-stress to help create heat from the inside, to allow our mind to flow with our body releaseing physical and mental tension for a more relaxed holiday season.  

Classes are one hour and will include:
* Yoga Asana - stretching, mobility & balancing.
* Breathing techniques.
* Mindfulness and relaxation.

Our classes are predominantly a Vinyasa style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This style is commonly referred to as 'flow yoga'.

No experience necessary, All fitness levels welcome.
