H O W A R E Y O U?

How are you REALLY?

It’s ok to feel a little off course, hey the course is pretty unpredictable right now and unpredictability naturally creates anxiety and worry, so please know I am thinking of you, ALL of you.

To the families at home homeschooling - you are doing a great job.

To the GCSE/ A-level and uni students full of disappoint, let this be you first big test, bigger than any exam of real ‘life skills’ - problem solving, patience, determination, self study, focus, compassion, awareness, you will be the most resilient generation to graduate.

To the people on their own please stay active at home, move your body and flex your mind, if you need a chat please reach out to someone (my inbox and phone is always open)

And to our key workers - THANK YOU. Thank you for keeping the world going, saving and protecting lives whist being selfless and putting yourself in harms way;

Thank you to the amazing medical staff the world over, you are life’s special kind. Not anyone could do your job you have chosen this profession because of your love, compassion and care of people and I want to share my appreciation and if I can do anything for you please just say, you need to be looked after too. Remember that.

To the supermarket workers (my amazing Mum being one of these) thank you. You didn’t sign up to be someone that everyone needs in a crisis nor did you ever think you would be on the front line, yet here you are still out in public whilst everyone is told to stay in and having deal with physical and mental abuse from panic buyers and exposed to everyones germs and attitudes. Thank you.

I am thinking of everyone. This is not an easy time for anyone, no one has prepared for this we are all just winging it.

I would like to say a heartfelt THANKYOU to everyone that has checked in on me and shown their love with me having to close the studio and being so far from home & family... your words and thoughts have been so kind and very much appreciated. Thank you.

Stay safe. Be well. 🖤💫 #stayathome
